Who We Are

We're a small, tight-knit team of experienced consulting professionals. Each of us has a diverse background and, in addition to behavioral science and OD training, has worked in senior management positions in such areas as operations, marketing, general management, business development, human services, or information technology. This executive experience across many industries and functions gives us a big-picture perspective. Clients often comment on our ability to foresee the affects of small changes on their whole organization, to understand their overarching business and competitive situations, and to leverage their consulting investment and maximize ROI.
